A DAD'S SPEECH AT HIS DAUGHTER'S WEDDING.

I thought I would start my speech by addressing you as the new family of my daughter. But I think it would be inappropriate because now that she is married, you are the family for her. Believe me; I don't have a problem with that. I, in fact, want my daughter to have you as her priority now. Its time for us to take a backseat in her life. We would happily accept it but would surely request one thing- please keep her happy! I am more than sure that you will keep her very happy. She will perhaps be happier than what she used to be here. But like all fathers, I obsess over my daughters happiness which is making me say this over and over again- please keep her happy! She never was and will never be a burden for me. She is in fact the reason why I breathe and smile. I am getting her married because this is what the law of nature demands. I am helpless in the face of our culture and therefore sending her to your home. She was the happiness of my home and will now light up your home. I am giving my world to you. Please make sure it remains beautiful. I am giving away my princess to you. Please make sure she stays as a queen. I have raised her with my sweat and blood and now she is wonderfully perfect. For all the care, love, beauty and warmth my daughter will bring into your lives, I just want her happiness in return please keep her happy! If at times you think that my daughter has said or done something wrong, feel free to scold her. But handle her with love. She is very fragile. If at times she feels low, be with her. She just needs a little bit of your attention. If at times she feels sick, show her some care. It is the medicine that works best for her. If at times she fails to fulfill a responsibility, feel free to chastise her. But empathize with her. She is still learning. Do understand her. Please keep her happy! I don't mind if I don't get to see her for months. I don't mind if I am not able to talk to her on a daily basis. I would be more than happy if she doesn't remember me much. But, my only motive in life has been my daughters happiness which is now in your hands. I beg you, please keep her happy. Dear son-in-law, these words may not mean much to you now but if you are lucky enough to father a daughter someday, you will appreciate them better when you will find every beat of your heart shouting please keep her happy.

Last but not the least let it not be mistaken these to be only my feelings, my wife and here after your Mother-In-Law joins with me to endorse the sentiments and feelings expressed by me.

Dedicated to all fathers..............AMAZING HEART TOUCHING WRITE UP BYCheruku Ramamohanrao sir......... !!

To my daughter with love

My feelings my Dear

I have this little angel.who got happiness a lot
Then she din't know what and how much she brought
The gloom shattered with her smiles and her laughs.
Her presence made me forget all my flops

Her face, it is so perfect, she's sweet and soft and pure.
Some times ecstatic some times demure.
She works hardest to please and keep me upright.
My mind is the deck where she often board and alight

Every person who knows her sees the light within her soul
Which turns every smell into fragrance, hence an anisole
She's helpful and considerate to everyone known
This light in her, shone brighter as my angel grown.

When she sees someone is sad, it opens up her heart.
She wants to do all that she can; she wants to do her part.
She squeezes away the sorrow, making  me forget about my pain.
She shows me where the sun is when we're hiding from the rain.

I know that God must love me, He showed me with His Grace
I knew just how completely when I saw my angel's face.
And in that very moment when she came into my fold,
I never thought that, for ever my hand, she will hold

Our Glory

India is unique among the nations of the world for it's deep rooted spiritual civilization. There are forces at work today that want to suppress its spirituality and replace it with a crassly(devoid of refinement) materialistic system. This is how I read the political struggle going on in the country today.I see the present political turmoil as the outcome of forces of materialism mostly destructive in nature trying to impose an alien materialistic culture camouflaged as secularism. If they succeed, India will share the fate other ancient nations that were destroyed by the imposition of materialistic ideologies. Greece and Egypt are examples from the ancient world. American Indian civilizations destroyed by the Catholic empires of Spain and Portugal.  China at a time was engaged i think now also is engaged in destroying the highly spiritual culture of Tibet. All that the destroyers have left in these countries are imitative societies with little to call their own. A visit with inquisitiveness to any ancient country like Egypt, Greece or Mexico and see the glaring contrast between their wonderful monuments and their current cultural deprivation. This is what a materialistic ideology invariably does to a civilization.

A visit with inquisitiveness to any ancient country like Egypt, Greece or Mexico and see the glaring contrast between their wonderful monuments and their current cultural deprivation. This is what a materialistic ideology invariably does to a civilization.
IF YOU WANT TO WEAKEN A NATION, CONFUSE ITS IDENTITY, DISTORT ITSHERITAGE, BELITTLE ITS ACHIEVEMENTS, HIGHLIGHT ITS FAILURES, DIVIDE ITINTO AS MANY FRAGMENTS AS POSSIBLE, TARNISH ITS ANCIENT SCRIPTURES,AND REWRITE ITS HISTORY

Hence a version of history is created to turn the victims into villains and the destroyers into heroes and this is what has taken place in our case also. In defending a civilization, it is extremely important for the leaders to preserve and protect its culture and traditions. Monuments can come and go, but an awareness of history and culture must be preserved. Our ancient sages and medieval heroes largely succeeded in this. That is why our civilization has survived the assault of theocratic (guided, or is pursuant to the doctrine of a particular religion or religious group.)and imperialistic forces, while other ancient civilizations have failed to large extent.
A young French student of the Vedas, Jean Le Mée wrote:

"Precious stones or durable materials  gold, silver, bronze, marble, onyx or granite  have been used by ancient people in an attempt to immortalize themselves. Not so however by our ancient Vedic Scholars.
See this fact:
"The pyramids have been eroded by the desert wind, the marble broken by earthquakes, and the gold stolen by robbers, while the Veda is recited daily by an unbroken chain of generations, traveling like a great wave through the living substance of mind."
But today, so many decades of years after independence, But today a different picture stands before us. Instead of trying to preserve and perpetuate its ancient heritage, and build upon it, the political party that claims to have brought freedom from colonial rule is trying to glorify the destroyers and even restore foreign rule! How do we explain this? For all the period after independence, the leaders have failed to build national institutions rooted in the culture and the history of the land. Instead, they have been trying to import ideas and models from their former colonial masters. This has now reached its absurd limit with the party claiming to have fought for freedom from European rule asking a European to lead them and the country! This is enough to make one wonder if these leaders really understand the meaning of nationalism. I hope   they do not .

DAD
A Dad is a person

who is loving and kind,

And often he knows

what you have on your mind.

He's someone who listens,

suggests, and defends.

A dad can be one

of your very best friends!

He's proud of your triumphs,

but when things go wrong,

A dad can be patient

and helpful and strong

In all that you do,

a dad's love plays a part.

There's always a place for him

deep in your heart.

HIRA
You are a princess in my heart,
And I care for you so much.
I love the fondness in your eyes
And your tender little touch.

I looked at you when you were born,
The snap I never allowed to go away,
I  stood before you eagerly looking,

From you, for a touchy mild sway

You bring to me a heart of joy,
And memories so great,
And a powerful sense of fatherhood
To a daughter like you with no debate

I watch you sleep and dream of things that I can only wounder
That innocent look upon your face just makes my heart grow fonder.

I see you run and jump and shout and calling out my name.
No love that I have ever known could ever feel the same.
No suffering or tragedy nor deeply seated pain
Could ever over shadow the bond that we retain.

And so my little princess before you go to sleep,
Remember I am your daddy and I am yours to keep.

MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

The Manager asked: "Do you have any sales experience?"

The Indian said: "Sir, I was a salesman back home in

India ."
Well, the boss liked the Indian chappie so he gave him

the job. "You start tomorrow.. I'll come down after we

close and see how you did."

His first day on the job was rough but he got through

it.

After the store was locked up, the boss came down.

"How many sales did you make today?"

Indian boy says: "Sir, Just ONE sale."

The boss says: "Just one? No! No! No! You see here our

sales people average 20 or 30 sales a day." If you

want to keep this job, you'd better be doing better

than just one sale. By the way, how much was the sale

for?"

Indian boy says: " $101 237. 64"

Boss says: "$101 237. 64? What the hell did you sell?"

Indian boy says: "Sir, First I sold him small

fishhook.

Then I sold him medium fishhook.

Then I sold him large fishhook.

Then I sold him new fishing rod and some fishing gear.

Then I asked him where he was going fishing and he said

down on the coast, so I told him he'll be needing a

boat, so we went down to the boating department and I

sold him twin engine Chris Craft.

Then he said he didn't think his Honda Civic would

pull it, so I took him down to our automotive

department and sold him that 4X4 Blazer.

I then asked him where he'd be staying, and since he

had no accommodation, I took him to camping department

and sold him one of those new igloo 6 sleeper camper

tents.

Then the guy said, while we're at it, I should throw

in about $100 worth of groceries and two cases of

beer.

The boss said: "You're not serious? A guy came in here

to buy a fishhook and you sold him a boat, a 4X4 truck

and a tent?"

Indian boy says: "No Sirji, actually he came in to buy

Anacin for his headache, and I said: Well, fishing is

the best way to relax your mind."

Wendy Doniger

  • Vvs Sarma From Katherine Mayo in 1927 to Wendy

  • Doniger now  are systematically attacking Hindu gods and puranas
  • sponsored by foreign governments and churches and our own
  • Hindu-left-liberal-secular gang of self
  • styled intellectuals are upholding their freedom of speech in
  • slandering Hinduism.
  • This is because our own brothers cut jokes on gods and such
  • activities must be stopped.

Wendy Doniger O'Flaherty (born November 20, 1940) is an American Indologist who has taught at the University of Chicago since 1978. She received a PhD from Harvard University in June 1968, with a dissertation on 'Asceticism and Sexuality in the Mythology of Siva'. Doniger holds the Mircea Eliade Distinguished Service Professor Chair in History of Religions at the Divinity school of University of Chicago. She considers herself an expert of Hinduism.
It is her book, ‘The Hindus: An Alternative History’ was published in 2009 by Viking/Penguin. According to the Hindustan Times, The Hindus was a No. 1 bestseller in its non-fiction category in the week of October 15, 2009.
To give a sample of her scholarly work on the Mahabharata and the Ramayana, see how she introduces the story: she writes:
“Where Rama and his brothers have different mothers and different wives but share both a single human father and a single divine father, the five Pandavas have one mother (and one wife) and one human father but different divine fathers.
“In this disastrous levirate, two wives give birth to three sons (two of whom have, for great-grandparents, a female fish, two Brahmins, and five Kshatriyas, while the third has a Kshatriya, a female fish, two Brahmins and four slaves. Are you still with me?)”
[Quoted from “The pulping of Wendy Doniger's Book” - by Bhaskar Menon on 15 Feb 2014 http://www.vijayvaani.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?aid=3109.]
She is a perfect example of Sigmund Freud’s case studies of mentally sick patients and it is not difficult to imagine her mental construct of a Siva Linga, which she delved deep into in her Ph D dissertation. Wendy Doniger gets Ramnath Goenka award for spitting in the face of Hindushttp://www.indianexpress.com/story-print/900606/ … This is Indian response to her scholarship. (A tweet on Twitter)
Shiksha Bachao Andolan brought a civil case in 2011 against Penguin India arguing that the book was insulting to Hindus, containing what they described as "heresies". BBC news shouts “Penguin India to Recall and Destroy Renowned American Scholar’s Book on Hinduism” and our self-styled historian Ramachandra Guha called the decision “deeply disappointing” while Cabinet minister Jairam Ramesh described the decision as "atrocious". People like Arundhati Roy joined the bandwagon.
Harvard supporting free speech is exposed by their treatment of Dr Subramanian Swamy for writing a newspaper article. The ivy league universities have enough of poisonous ivy. Beware.

DEFINITION OF A FRIEND
The word friend is a much used and abused word these days. Facebook seems to have altered it somewhat.
Dictionary definitions are:
1. A person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard.
2. A person who gives assistance; patron; supporter: friends of the Boston Symphony.
3. A person who is on good terms with another.
4. A member of the same nation, party, etc.
5. (Initial capital letter) a member of the Religious Society of Friends; a Quaker.
There is need now to include a 6th friendship based on social networks
Its translation = snehita (Sanskrit) snehitudu, snehituralu (Telugu)
The root word sneha denotes oiliness, greasiness and hence attachment or friendship through proximity. Even all the classmates or colleagues of an office are sahapaathi or sahodyogi, and that is it.
Facebook friends are often friends in a virtual world many times with a profile without true information and at times with true information also... Of course, it can be meeting old friends, classmates, and also knowing each other personally after FB friendship. That attachment may lead to friendship.
This English word ‘Friend’ opened many avenues to misuse SNEHITHA the English equivalent being FRIEND.
